Delete your ShiftingGuru account

You can delete your ShiftingGuru account at any time. Deleting it permanently removes your account and everything in it. It can't be undone.

What gets deleted

Your account, mobile number, email and city; all your moving requests, including ones made on this website with the same mobile number; every quote on those requests; any reviews you wrote; and your notification settings.

If you have a booked move that isn't complete yet, please finish it, or cancel it with your partner and tell us, before deleting.

Option 1: In the app (fastest)

Open the ShiftingGuru app, go to Profile → Delete account, enter your password and confirm. Your account is deleted straight away.

Option 2: Ask us

If you can't use the app, email rahul@goyalcarcarrier.com with the subject "Delete my ShiftingGuru account", from the email address on your account, and include your registered mobile number.

To protect you, we may call that number to confirm the request is really yours. We delete the account within 30 days and email you when it's done.

Partners

Partner accounts are managed by our team. To close a partner account, email rahul@goyalcarcarrier.com from your registered email, with your application number (it starts with SG-V-).
